Description
Trash tags purchased ONLINE after December 20, 2024 will be the 2025 red tags. 2024 green tags will only be sold in person (Stuart Community Center or Borough Hall) until 12/30/24.
Please note: 2024 trash collection stickers (green $7.92 each) will expire on 12/30/24. 2025 trash collection stickers (red $8.92 each) will go into effect on 1/1/25.
Purchase Carlisle Borough Trash Collection Stickers ONLINE and have them delivered right to your door! After your order is received your delivery will take place within 2-4 business days. Minimum order: 2 stickers
- To place an order by phone, call 717-249-4422 or stop in at Borough Hall, 53 W. South Street or the Stuart Community Center, 415 Franklin Street.
- EXCHANGE - unused 2024 green tags can be exchanged for 2025 IN PERSON (pay the $1.00/tag difference) until 12/31/25.

General Info:
Under the trash program (starting 1/1/23), you can leave out up to 40 pounds of trash in a bag or reusable container of your choice. If you need to dispose of more than 40 pounds of trash in one week, you will need to place the additional trash in bags and purchase trash collection stickers to attach to each additional bag. Each bag must weigh no more than 40 pounds once filled. Place trash curbside no more than 24 hours before your designated pick-up day.
