Description
This class is a low impact exercise combining cardio, strength and stretch. We start with a gentle joints warm-up. Followed by strength training using dumbbells and elastic bands. Movements can be modified according to participants need. Exercises can be done sitting in the chair or standing behind the chair. Balance and stretching to finish the class. Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. No sandals please! Participants should be able to do the movements without help from others. Bring your bottle of water.
