Description
This is a slow-moving class focusing on loosening up stiff joints, gain strength, improve flexibility and balance. Participants move at their own pace and exercises can be done sitting in a chair or standing behind the chair for support.
Please wear comfortable clothing like jogging pants or any athletic sports clothing. Sandals or slippers are not allowed. Everyone is welcome to join. Participants should be able to move on their own without help from others. Bring a bottle of water for hydration during class.
