Description
Immerse yourself in this 90-minute workshop by opening your heart to self-love and accepting unconditional love. This journey will take you through a sacred Cacao Ceremony to facilitate connection, healing, and self-exploration through setting positive intentions, expressing gratitude, and enjoying the taste of Cacao. The next step in the journey is moving your body through gentle, slow-flowing somatic movement and breathing. Then grounding into a heart chakra sound bath to help take you to the deepest level of relaxation to let love in through vibrations from crystal bowls, and other percussion instruments.
