Description
Come Join us for Chair Aerobics at Coan Park!
This class will improve the mobility, strength, and flexibility of all the Seniors that participate. Exercise will be done in a chair, along with light weights, with plenty of fun, laughter, and hard work.
When: January 13 - March 21, 2025. Wednesdays - 12:00p.m. - 1:00p.m.Who: Seniors - 55 years and older.Cost: $0
