About this event
With over a decade of experience in education, Camas has had the pleasure of teaching students of all ages, including teaching at elementary schools and as the Associate Instructor of Trumpet at Indiana University. She is deeply committed to instilling a lifelong love for music in my students. Her teaching philosophy centers on helping students play their instruments in a natural, musical manner, ensuring that they not only develop technical skills but also a genuine appreciation for the art. She believes that cultivating a love for music is as crucial as mastering the technical aspects of playing. She strives to create an environment in which students feel safe to explore and grow.
